Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Spiritual Rhythm online account at any time. You don't need to contact us to do it.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Spiritual Rhythm and tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Account & Cloud Backup. (You can also open the Together tab.)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Online Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email spiritualrhythmapp@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Please send it from the email address linked to your account, or tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we will complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a Rhythm+ subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spiritual Rhythm.
Only want to erase what's on your phone?
Open Settings → Reset Spiritual Rhythm. This erases your disciplines, reminders, streaks, and progress on this device. It cannot be undone.
