What you'll practice

Each day takes about 8 minutes: a short passage of Scripture, a brief teaching, simple steps to practice, a reflection question, and a closing prayer. Here's the path.

  1. Day 1

    Replay the day gently

    Psalm 139:23–24

Reflection is not a performance review. It is looking back at the day with God beside you.

  2. Day 2

    Follow the light

    Psalm 92:1–2

Notice whatever deepened faith, hope, love, courage, or aliveness.

  3. Day 3

    Name the drain

    Psalm 42:5

Isolation, fear, numbness, or loss of courage become easier to carry when honestly named.

  4. Day 4

    Receive mercy

    1 John 1:9

Confession is agreeing with truth inside the safety of grace.

  5. Day 5

    Release tomorrow

    Lamentations 3:22–23

We surrender what cannot be changed and welcome tomorrow as new mercy.
