What you'll practice

Each day takes about 7 minutes: a short passage of Scripture, a brief teaching, simple steps to practice, a reflection question, and a closing prayer. Here's the path.

  1. Day 1

    Come back to now

    Psalm 34:18

Anxiety pulls attention into imagined futures. Grounding returns us to the moment where grace is available.

  2. Day 2

    Listen beneath the alarm

    Psalm 139:23

Anxiety often carries a message about something we value, fear losing, or feel unable to control.

  3. Day 3

    Separate fact from forecast

    Matthew 6:34

The mind can treat predictions as certainties. Wisdom separates what is happening from what might happen.

  4. Day 4

    Let the body receive peace

    Philippians 4:6–7

Peace is spiritual and physical. A slower breath can become a simple prayer of trust.

  5. Day 5

    Shrink the horizon

    Psalm 119:105

God often gives a lamp for the next step, not a floodlight for the entire road.

  6. Day 6

    Borrow courage

    Galatians 6:2

Anxiety grows in secrecy. Safe connection helps the soul remember it is not alone.

  7. Day 7

    Create a peace plan

    Isaiah 26:3

A plan made in a calm moment can guide us when anxious thoughts become loud.
